Introduction To Emergency Vehicle Operation
Everyone knows how to drive a car, right? If that were true, you'd be driving the Indy 500. Emergency Vehicle Operation is a whole 'nother thing. Ever hear of hydroplaning? How does the particular car you're driving handle at 90 mph on a wet road. How tight an exit ramp turn can you take at what speed off a limited access highway? But even more important, how do YOU act and react at 90 mph on a 2-lane highway? This course covers the classroom work you need to understand before you get behind the wheel.
