Jeffrey Bailey

Jeffrey Bailey is a Deputy Sheriff with the Jefferson County Sheriff's Dept, Birmingham AL. Currently assigned as School Resource Officer and D.A.R.E. instructor. APOST certified academy instructor since 1983, and a member of the American Society of Law Enforcement Trainers.

 

 

Robin Brown

Has 23 years as a private detective and has testified in many cases. He has been court appointed in Suffolk County [Boston] as a detective to work criminal defense cases working for the court appointed defense attorneys.

 

 

Richard L. Davis

Retired Lt. Brockton MA Police Department. In charge of Academy training for three years. Extensive background in criminal justice administration and education, Masters from Anna Maria College and Harvard University, Graduated from Bridgewater State College. Associate Degree in Law Enforcement from Massasoit Community College.

Carl Franklin

Associate Professor, Southern Utah University. A decade as a Law Enforcement Officer, 3 years as a Prosecutor, 7 years as an attorney, and 5 years as a professor. Author of two books.

 

 

 

Roger Fulton

Retired Capt, New York State Police. Holds Ph.D. in Criminal Justice Management from LaSalle University. Graduate FBI National Academy, 139th Session. Author of Common Sense Supervision, Common Sense Leadership and Practical Law Enforcement Management.

Tony L. Jones

A working police officer in Ohio, he holds Master of Arts from American Military University, Bachelor of Science from Ohio University, and numerous instructor certifications. Book author.

 

 

Anthony M. Januzelli

Retired firearms instructor with the Norristown PA Police Department, Tony was among the first certified by the Federal Aviation Administration to teach the Flying While Armed course. He trains other instructors at IALEFI training conferences.

 

 

John E. Krause, P.I.

Krause was originally a preacher dedicated to helping abused, neglected and troubled teens. A private investigator since 1987, He relocated to Pensacola FL where he opened his own agency in 1989. Now he specializes in workers' compensation, liability, and maritime fraud cases. He also works on Criminal, child-custody, DUI defense, and domestic-related cases. He is author of The Private Investigators Guide.

 

 

Greg O'Hara 

Honor Graduate of the CBR Officer/NCO course at Aberdeen Proving Grounds Maryland in 1975. He was assigned a battalion level staff position responsible for the training of eight companies of Marines. He is a former MP, former federal police officer with the DOD, a former reserve Deputy with Montgomery Co. Ohio Sheriff's Office and reserve Deputy with Benton Co. Arkansas.

He recently completed certification in Terrorism Awareness for First Responders and Emergency Medical Service Concepts for WMD Incidents provided by the Texas A&M University, National Emergency & Rescue Training Center in conjunction with the Department of Justice's Office of State and Local Domestic Preparedness.

O’Hara maintains memberships in six Intelligence professional organizations, including the Foreign Policy Research Institute (FPRI), giving him unique insight as to the inner workings and tactics of terrorists.

Allan Skrocki

Police officer for 26 years with Detroit , Conrail, and currently Deputy Chief of Grosse Ile Township PD. Adjunct at Wayne County Regional Police Training Center . Holds a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice from Wayne State University and a Master's Degree in Technology from Eastern Michigan University.

 

 

Tom Raines

Senior deputy sheriff in Escambia County, Florida. 16 years in law enforcement and 13 years as a police academy instructor specializing in police vehicle operations and emergency medical procedures. Holds instructor positions at two regional police training centers, certified by Florida police Standards as a general instructor as well as having three high liability instructor certifications which include: police driving, weapons, and emergency medical procedures.

 

 

Jerrod Smelker

CEO and senior instructor for Edge Advantage Consultants, Personal Defense & Security Tactics company that conducts officer safety courses for law enforcement agencies. He holds a degree in criminal justice and is currently working on advanced degrees. He conducts officer safety, defensive tactics and restraint courses for law enforcement agencies. He holds numerous instructor certifications.

 

 

Paul Thrash

20 years in Law Enforcement, 17 as a deputy sheriff for Pierce County (WA). Off-Road vehicle enforcment, Defensive Tactics instructor, Vice/Narcotics and Intelligence officer. Master of Science in Criminal Justice, University of Alabama. Three years as a Law & Justice instructor, Central Washington University; currently a Criminal Justice Instructor for Troy State Univerisity, Florida Panhandle.
